Heaven Gifts | Paris Tobacco Commercial

Played a key role in connecting one of the world’s largest vape manufacturers — Heaven Gifts (Elfbar & Lost Mary, Shenzhen) — with Paris Tobacco Commercial, a Singapore-based manufacturer and distribution platform operating across European markets.

Acting from the European headquarters in Warsaw, I operated as the strategic and operational bridge between manufacturing, distribution and regional commercial teams across Europe and Asia.

My responsibilities covered:

  • Go-to-market strategy and market expansion

  • Trade marketing and commercial development

  • Building and managing commercial structures

  • Traditional Trade, wholesale and Key Account engagement

  • Field force and trade activation frameworks

  • Product launches and portfolio expansion

  • Packaging development and regulatory alignment

  • Sell-In / Sell-Out analytics and performance tracking

Key achievements:

  • Built and scaled the commercial partnership between Heaven Gifts and Paris Tobacco Commercial across Poland and selected European markets

  • Introduced Elfbar and Lost Mary products into Vape and Mass Market channels, including Żabka

  • Supported rapid market share growth from 0% to 6% within 3 months

  • Built scalable commercial structures covering field force, trade engagement and distributor operations

  • Introduced some of the first next-generation product formats in Poland

  • Expanded the portfolio by introducing additional international brands beyond the Heaven Gifts ecosystem
